Kahira Pharmaceutical's profits jump 153.5% last fiscal year to EGP 246 mn

The financial indicators of Kahira Pharmaceuticals and Chemical Industries Company for the last fiscal year revealed that the company's profits increased by 153.5% year-on-year.

The company recorded a net profit of EGP 246.13 mn from the beginning of July 2023 until the end of June 2024, compared to EGP 97.09 mn during the previous fiscal year. Kahira pharmaceuticals' sales rose to EGP 1.35 billion last fiscal year, compared to EGP 1.005 billion during the comparative fiscal year. It is noteworthy that Kahira Pharmaceuticals and Chemical Industries achieved profits of EGP 195.07 mn during the period from July to the end of March 2024, compared to profits of EGP 56.05 mn in the comparable period of the last fiscal year. The company's sales during the first nine months of this year rose to EGP 1.041 billion, compared to sales of EGP 662.69 million in the comparable period of last fiscal year.
